Has led the family's tea operations since the 1970s. Founded BioRe, India's first organic cotton project, in Madhya Pradesh in 1991. Lead advisor to the young management team.

Managing Director, Chota Tingrai Tea Estate

Leads sales and operations across the group's tea companies. Studied marketing and business development at Singapore Management University.

Avantika Jalan

Managing Director, Chota Tingrai Tea Estate

Also a Director of Durrung Tea Estate. Leads organic operations, exports and new projects. MSc Sustainable Development, UC Berkeley.
